Retro Bedroom

Project overview

Retro Bedroom combines a compact sleeping area with a lounge and a small kitchen counter. An open black metal shelving unit divides the room while keeping views through it, with books, records, and trailing plants adding texture. Green tiles, a rounded refrigerator, framed posters, and a patterned rug establish the vintage character.

Warm neutral walls and timber furniture soften the darker shelving and track lighting. In the sleeping area, an arched mirror, abstract artwork, a striped rug, and a bedside lamp create a more intimate setting. Daylight filtered through blinds brings the different areas together, balancing the layered furnishings with a calm, consistent palette.
